Please note the additions this week of the CTMH Prayer meeting tonight, Advent Reflections at the Cenacle and Elm Hall Drive’s Advent Family Craft Event.

CTMH Prayer Meeting, The Hughes Room, Bishop Eton Church  7.30pm

The group meets every month, The Hughes Room is off the car park behind the Church.   All are welcome. 

Confrere's Birthdays

This Sunday, Fr Barrie O’Toole and Bro William share a birthday. We wish them both every blessing and good wish. Likewise, to Fr Brian Russell, who is 79 next Saturday.

1. PRAY FOR THE POOR.

.2. LEARN ABOUT THE CAUSES OF POVERTY AND WORK TO CHANGE THEM.

3. SUPPORT THE CHURCH’S OUTREACH TO THE POOR.

4. MAKE CARING FOR THE POOR PART OF YOUR ROUTINE.

5. PRACTICE THE CORPORAL WORKS OF MERCY.

Wednesday 14th – Sunday 18th November

Reformed Allerton Dramatic Society Present 

“Secondary Cause of Death” at   Allerton URC Church Hall

Reformed Allerton Dramatic Society is pleased to announce their forthcoming production of Secondary Cause of Death”. A comedy by Peter Gordon on Wednesday Thursday Friday and Saturday at 7.30 pm and on Sunday 18th November at 2.30 pm

Tickets priced £7, £6 concessions and £3 children are available on the door or on rehearsal evenings on Monday and Wednesday evenings. We hope an amusing and enjoyable evening will be had by all.

Anniversary of the Foundation of the Redemptorists

Last Friday, the Feast of the Dedication of the Lateran Basilica, Redemptorists all over the world celebrated their 286th Birthday. At this time, Fr Michael Brehl, our General, has asked us to pray for God’s special blessing on our missionary vocation. Justice and Peace Youth Group

Next meeting this Friday 16th November from 6.30pm to 8.30pm at St Mary's for a session on Dementia Friends. Year five pupils and above welcome.
