CTMH Update 12.9.18

This weekend is very busy particularly with the Heritage Open days at the weekend and Dovedale Baptist’s closing service of celebration.

Please take this opportunity to visit and support other churches, particularly remembering the congregation at Dovedale in your prayers.

National Heritage Open Days – All Hallows

All Hallows is a Grade 1 listed building with a unique collection of Edward Burne-Jones windows. Visitors can view the church building and displays of the church groups. Visitors will receive a warm welcome from members of the church community, there are walk-around guides available and a children's trail and quiz.

Light refreshments are available. Open Hours are:-

This is part of the Open Days (see details above) and is in aid of The Children's Society.

National Heritage Open Day – Mossley Hill Parish Church 10am-4pm

Come along and see how the church has changed with our reordering and find out more about our history and heritage. Coffee, tea, cake and light lunches will be available.

National  Heritage  Open Day – Dovedale Baptist Church - 10am – 4pm.

All are invited to see this Grade 2 Listed Church:

Heritage  Open Day – Dovedale Baptist Church 10.30am – 3pm.

All are invited to see this Grade 2 Listed Church.

Service of Celebration - Dovedale Baptist Church 3.30pm  

As previously announced Dovedale Baptist is closing in September.  Friends from our local churches are especially welcome to join the congregation in a special service on Sun 16th Sept at 3.30pm to celebrate and give thanks for the work of the church over the 112 years since it was founded.

Tuesday September 18th

CREDIT UNION and RIVERSIDE’S FLOATING SUPPORT

Every Tuesday at St Barnabas 10.30am - Noon

St Barnabas Church host a Lodge Lane Credit Union drop-in service in the church.  A full range of Credit Union services is available.

Also, Liverpool City Council has commissioned a drop-in support service, which is run by the Riverside Housing Floating Support Team and promotes the well-being and independence of vulnerable people in Liverpool.   Advice on matters such as, budgeting, debt management, accessing benefits and finding/sustaining accommodation is available.

Tea and coffee is available between 10.30am and noon.
