Christmas Appeal

After last year’s very successful appeal for the Homeless Mission and your outstanding support, we have decided to offer our support again this year.

Again, we are asking for items which will make the women’s lives more comfortable and support their self-esteem. e.g. toothpaste, toothbrushes, deodorant, feminine hygiene products, re-useable foil sleeping bags (available through Amazon and eBay UK at astoundingly low cost), undies in small sizes, etc.

Please bring along your donations to the Christmas appeal to the meeting on the 27th November

Youth Sunday

Today is Youth Sunday, the theme for this year is #justonefilter. The aim is to get young people to consider what aspects of their life they apply filters to, and to see that the only filter that allows us to be true to ourselves is the filter of God's love.

There will be a retiring collection for Animate (the Archdiocese's youth ministry)
