THE CATHOLIC CHAPLAINCY AT THE ROYAL LIVERPOOL HOSPITAL is looking for new volunteers to join our successful team. Some of our volunteers have been with us for as long as 25 years! We offer a lot of training and support. You don't have to be an Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion to join our team. The duties of the volunteers include visiting patients on the wards, talking and listening to them, helping to meet any spiritual needs they may have during their hospital stay and sometimes praying with them. Volunteers who are Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion may also administer Holy Communion to our patients. If you are interested in this very rewarding work, please call Natasha on 0151 706 2828 or email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
